A scientist by training, Ishani has a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Brown University and has been a post-doctoral fellow at University of Oxford and Kings College London. Most recently she was a researcher with General Electric (G.E.) where she contributed to product development in the Aerospace, Healthcare and Energy sectors.
During the course of her work, she became interested in how some companies were successful in growing an innovative and diverse culture, while many others struggled. Serein is an attempt at using science to enable diversity and inclusion and drive organizational development in every business in India.

On completing her Bachelors in Economics from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai, Chryslynn joined the Gandhi Fellowship Program in Rajasthan that addresses educational leadership in rural government schools.
Most recently she graduated from Azim Premji University in Bangalore with a Master’s in Education. Her work at the university strengthened her interest and expertise on leadership, gender and sexuality, diversity and inclusion. Her time in Rajasthan and at the University has led her to understand the nuances of organisational culture and the working of diverse teams.

Naren is a Mechanical Engineer with 5 years experience in automotive product design and special purpose machines. He has a keen interest in social justice, diversity and inclusion through policy initiatives and wants to study the same to affect change. Naren was the design and communication lead at Sukhibhava.org.in, a social enterprise working towards issues of urban poor women and girls through promoting education and safe sanitary practices. He also doubles up as an independent RTI enthusiast, shooting several RTIs to obtain information on social inclusion.
