Ishani roy

Founder | LinkedIn 

A scientist by training, Ishani has a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Brown University and has been a post-doctoral fellow at University of Oxford and Kings College London. Most recently she was a researcher with General Electric (G.E.) where she contributed to product development in the Aerospace, Healthcare and Energy sectors. 

During the course of her work, she became interested in how some companies were successful in growing an innovative and diverse culture, while many others struggled. Serein is an attempt at using science to enable diversity and inclusion and drive organizational development in every business in India.

hemangini kalra

Legal Counsel and Head of Compliance | LinkedIn

Hemangini studied law at the National Law University, Delhi, with a keen interest in jurisprudence and laws relating to offences against women. Prior to joining Serein, Hemangini was part of the legal team at Wipro Ltd. in Bangalore, where she worked on US Employment Law Compliance, focussing on discrimination claims filed with the EEOC, and developed an interest in understanding efforts organisations ought to make to ensure a discrimination free workplace.

Chryslynn d'costa

Head of Research and Design | LinkedIn 

After studying Economics from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai, Chryslynn joined the Gandhi Fellowship Program in Rajasthan that addresses educational leadership in rural government schools.

She graduated from Azim Premji University in Bangalore with a Master’s in Education. Her work at APU and in Rajasthan strengthened her interest and expertise on leadership, gender, diversity and inclusion. It has led her to understand the nuances of organisational culture and workings of diverse teams.

Chryslynn is a regular columnist with publications such as LiveMint and The Hindu.

Balaji kandasamy

Data analyst | LinkedIn

At Serein, Balaji researches on organizing data from employees, preparing of case study, partnership with companies on content on prevention of sexual harassment (PoSH) in the workplace. Balaji also develops e-learning and webinar trainings on diversity and PoSH. Balaji is responsible for running effective marketing campaigns to roll out Serein's D&I products reaching out to our new clients and establishing our relationship with the existing clients.
